Sat and watched this and was giggling at the end of it

Ugh...ran to the store to get some things. I was only in there a few minutes. When I tried to pull out of the parking lot, there were police and two ambulances blocking the way out. Seems like someone ran through an intersection and T-boned another car. The innocent driver was killed instantly and the one who caused this only suffered minor injuries.

What should have taken me less than ten minutes, took me over an hour to get back home.

Why do some people never take any notice of people and other drivers around them and traffic lights and such?! That incident could of been easily prevented!!
