Hello Jazzy! How are you? I'll probably be heading out for tea soon, we're getting hungry.. Well I am anyway! XD

Yeah its not too far. Takes me about 10 minutes to get there.
Takes longer to get home though as all the traffic is out in the afternoon. In the morning the streets are pretty much dead so I can zip over there faster.
