Yeah. When I started doing late shifts. I started to stay up late since I didn't wake up early all the time before work. And eventually it just happened out of habit. But last night, I was only up til 12 this time and decided to make myself go to sleep early. I don't only have myself to think about, I have my girl to think of too. And her needs.

I work the night shift too. When I come home, I'm so tired I just crash and sleep. I don't know what time you get off at night but I get off at midnight or if I'm held over not until 1/2 am sometimes.

I was getting off at 11. But now they got me getting off at 10. And on occasion I would be very tired. But after a bit of setting down once I got home. I would be less tired.
