What happened?

I added a new moderator to the staff and my other admin thought i was replacing him. the new mod knows how to mod, but not code, if my co-admin is away for any reason then I thought the new guy could help me out. Basicly my co-admin took it all the wrong way and threatened to leave

Actually my co-admin is online now so i'll see what he makes of my explaination :/
