Yeah it's been good. I have been battling a phobia of the medical profession pretty much my whole life, but today I managed to give blood for the first time. That's a massive achievement for me. And I caught up with some family too, some I havent seen in over 5 years. So yeah it was good today

I've never given blood.. I'm not saying I never will, I just never have.

I've been trying to pluck up the courage to for over 10 years. I am a big supporter of donation, I'm on the organ donor register and bone marrow register and I'm just finding out if I am able to donate my brain (I have dyspraxia and ADHD so they might not want it

) to medical research.

But I've always been too afraid to go and give blood. But it was OK. I'll go regularly now.
