Perhaps confronting and dealing with what's making you feel this way will help you. It's not going to help if you keep this locked up inside. I wish there was something I could do to help you but, unfortunately, I can't.

I've done various tests online (proper tests not silly quiz ones) and it would appear that i need to face the fact that my depression has come back. Been feeling like this for nearly 2 weeks now. It would seem the headaches are part of it too.



I've just joined a forum for it, so hopefully that'll help a little.
