I had more fun
We had a made up family, and one of the family member's was worried that her child would have a genetic disease. So we did a lot of sciency stuff and her child did indeed have the disease. But here's the kicker! The disease is only passed on from the male, and the woman who wanted to know if her child had the disease, wasn't a carrier of the disease. But her sister's husband was. So she's been playing around! Also, her brother's wife had a kid with the disease as well. So the sister's husband gets around a lot XD It was a fun imaginary scenario to apply different genetic typing techniques to XD

Took my two dogs to the pet store to let them pick out a new toy. My female, Lexie, went for a stuffed rabbit. My male, Louie, grabbed a rubber duck that quacks when he bites down on it. That's all he's been doing since we got home is quacking that duck! Lexie started barking at him because she wanted to take a nap. It's impossible to hear anything but quacking and he's not giving it up!
