Ya see, I HATE it when people just leave a cart somewhere. And then it goes off on its own. I know I had to chase after a cart the other day since it was going down hill. Hurt a little after too. People not handling carts right leads to bad things happening. And any time I or someone else leaves the carts outside alone for a period of time. The cart holders will get pretty freaking full pretty quickly. But sometimes, there's no way to avoid it. Especially if you're alone.
