My dad always finds ways to make me laugh!
I just had to call and get my backyard pond pumped out again. Good grief, the whole backyard is nothing but a swamp land with all the water. I'm one of the lucky ones that I have managed to keep the water away from my house. A lot of people here have had their basements flood. What a mess and quite the expense to fix up after that happens. One house last night got struck by lightning and started to burn. Thank goodness the fire department was in the area and put out the fire immediately. This weather needs to truly move on as we can't take much more rain here.

Good grief, that is horrible! Having your house struck by lightning must be one of the scariest things ever.

The scariest to me last night was when power went out in the whole area. It was hard getting to calls and roads were flooded out. The one thing that truly amazed me that people were out driving in this last night. Lots of cars got stuck in the middle of flooded roads. What idiot sees a road flooded but still decides to drive through it?

People who see a flooded street and still drive through it are people with no road sense.

Yes, it just keeps shutting down unexpectedly. I get this sudden blue screen with a lot of wording. But I can't read it all before it goes black. I had to put this in Safe Mode with Networking. Very ugly look too.
@Sci: Did you run a virus scan? Sounds like you picked up something! EE also gave me a good PC Cleaner link: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
Its better to do a virus scan on your PC just to make sure Sci. Its better to be safe than sorry.
Trying out my new mobile browser I installed on my mobile. Its A LOT better than the default browser I used to use.
