That's very true. When I did that, I took a pillow and a large belt to hold the pillow in place when I went to bed. I looked crazy but it did help some.

I slept on one my parents reclining chairs with a quilt and slept there last night. Was the only place that was comfortable enugh to sleep.

That was a good idea as laying flat pulls on the side muscles. Do you have a recliner chair at home? If not, you could use pillows to prop up your head and feet in bed. Tis miserable, annoying and very painful.

I'm ok at the moment, i just keep moving now and again. Sides not bothering me to much, hurts when i sneeze though.
