Can you tell me about the forming of Off Topix? how it came to be etc?

Nebulous used to run another forum (Forum Advertising), which closed at some point. Then a while later he started Off Topix, first on phpBB, then vBulletin and not IPB. FA members made up most of the original joinees, which was why I mentioned it.
