Thats annoying, We had a similiar thing last week. A man was supposed to come and pick up a blind, Next had sent us the wrong size blind. The guy was supposed to pick it up on Thursday and still hasn't. Good thing is Next gave mum a refund. So if they don't collect it, We get a free blind lol.
