Actually it is very slow at this time of year to be honest, Jazzy. This is the time of year where we can get anywhere from one to three rooms at a time so more often than not we're spending the rest of the day finding odd jobs to do. I would find another job, but I am on Social Security so I do have limits as to how many hours I can work and how much I can earn, although I'm not complaining there either!
Surprisingly enough, It was a slow start this summer too, which is very odd. We usually get a lot of construction workers in the summer months and some years even pipeliners, depending on where their assignment takes them, I guess. But this year was quite the surprise, because it started slow, and then it didn't pick up until school was almost ready to start. So it's been an interesting year at work.
