Went out on my scooter this afternoon. Didnt get to where i was going because it started raining and the the rain was sticking to the visor of my helmet..

That's very exciting! Shame it had to start raining!

I was a little nervous to start with but i got used to it. Still a little nervous on the road, but im getting there.

Had fun out on it though. Although the bike died on me at a busy junction and i had to kick start it.. It was a little scary but i stayed calm, considering..

It just takes time to get used to it. The first time I took my chopper out on the road, I was scared to death. Not because I didn't know how to ride it, I was afraid of the cagers cutting me off and my bike going down on me.

I enjoyed the ride i was just a little nervous of people getting to close behind me. But, a lot of the cars behind me stayed behind me and kept a little distance from me. Two drivers over took me though but they did it nice and slowly so i was ok. A lot of people like to zoom passed bikers and it really annoys me..

I have cagers (cars/trucks) that like to ride right up on me. I just keep an eye on them and if necessary, I will ride the shoulder to get away from them. It's awful because some like to try to put you down but most cagers are harmless and respect the fact that I have no protection if they hit me or put me down. I've been riding for a long time now and no cager is going to dump my ass...

I tend to focus more on the drivers in front of me or coming towards me than the people coming up behind me. If they want to act stupid then thats thier choice. I had a lot of cars stay behind me and give me space, only two over took me, but they did it slowly..

Speaking of motorcycles, about the day before yesterday I started seeing a police escort some bikers. I wasn't sure what to think at first til I realized it was a funeral drive.
