Well, left work early yesterday and took the day off today because of my insides, if it doesn't clear up today then I might need to go get this checked out tomorrow...

That doesn't sound good. Don't be a blockhead; GO TO THE DOCTOR. Lung and chest pain could be something pretty serious. What do you do at work? Could something there be exacerbating it?

I cut metal and stuff, and sometimes stuff catches on fire and/or burn and the smoke is toxic, such as rubber and copper, I try not to breath it in but sometimes I can't help it...
