When clients want to get theyre money from they're pensions, we have to send out a mat pack... At least thats what I think it is. See i'm not even sure what it is! It is all figures and I have dyscalculia which is dyslexia with numbers. When I see figures or have to work out simple sums I have a panic attack and I go completely blank.



I abolsultly HATE this job. I'm in a completely different team all day. My proper job is supporting call centers and office staff. It's all postal based, we send back marriage, birth death certs, driving licences, passports etc that the clients have sent in to Aviva. It's very interesting and I really like post work. Plus it's in a really nice quiet and calm environment.



Originally we were supposed to being doing max of 10 packs a day, sat upstairs in our propper team, and would get to do our own jobs once we'd finished for the day, turns out we are sat downstairs IN a call center, the noise is unbearable. Doing 15 - 20 a day, no time for our real jobs.

This new job is supposed to be temporary but honestly I can see us being down there for quite some time.

I expect the one I am with will give you one, as you know I got a good one, and is a good bank. Family are with them & have no problems at all, and if notice anything odd, then they check it out quickly & resolve any problems for you with out any bother
