Boogie said:They say I've sprained it. Rest it and keep up with the pain killers. Should be ok in the next week to 10 days. To ask work i am to do more light work, like check outs and not to do to much walking on it.
Glad nothing was broken! Just make sure you don't overdo anything and let it heal properly.
