Glad you got home safely. Aww, poor Alan. Good that he can get his antibiotics tomorrow. Hope the cold passes quickly.

When he gets a cold, it takes him weeks to get rid of it.

Its already on his chest, which isn't good... Last time he had a cold, it turned into bronchitis and he ended up in hospital. Doctors there said if he'd of left it any longer, he'd of contracted Pneumonia. So, we're getting him on the antibiotics right away!

I remember when he had the bronchitis and had to go into the hospital. Let's hope they catch it in time so that doesn't happen again.

I hope so, I don't want him ending up in hospital overnight again.. Mind you, its a good idea he did stay over night, that's when they noticed his breathing/snoring problem ( sleep apnoea I think its called ) and had him see a sleep specialist and now, he has a mask - which does work - to stop him from snoring and waking himself up!

It's great they found about his sleep apnoea. He doesn't, however, need to wind up back in the hospital. Please tell him that I'm thinking about him and hope this passes quickly without complications.

He's got the catarrh on his chest, he's coughing like no one's business.. I hope we're not to late to stop it getting worse.. Fluid on his chest and the coughing makes his chest achy and he's very wheezy, and its not good for his heart..

That worked out well. Probably not a good idea to call in when you've just gotten back from holiday.

I'm doing great and thanks for asking.
