I don't mind being in or out. Nor do I mind if the power goes out. I enjoy storms.

Not even if you lose power for 17 hours like I did last time? No heat, no electric, no...wait!!!! I do have Pringles!

That's why you'd have a book.

I think it would be a good idea to feed myself and all my animals first.

Isn't it a bit early for dinner? (And late for lunch?)

Of course you should get up for food

The dogs, cat and parrot have been fed. Now I have to feed Miss Piggy and Midnight. By then, it will be time for me to eat.

How are you keeping Miss Piggy and Midnight warm in this weather?

Their building is heated. If the power goes off, then I have the generator.

I don't mind being without electricity for a while; 3 days would be a good rest for my mind. To think about certain things, to lie on the bed and crack the window while dozing off. Or better yet, sit at the roof and feel as the rain hits your body while you listen to the thunder. You'd be at many risks, but that's part of it all.

And Jaz, dear, would I be getting my Pringles back any time soon?

Are you sure? The fridge wouldn't work...

The stuff in there would be gone in those 3 days anyways. By then, I'd be left with no actual food, other than the one in cabinets and such.

As soon as pigs can fly!

Alright. I'll just buy myself another can. You can keep that one.

Better not bring it in here because I'll snatch it from you!

Yesterday and last night we got double the amount of snow we had last week! Still trundled into work though, no falling on my arse with my shoe chains

Did get stuck in my car Saturday afternoon, thought I won't drop my mum off down the hill, she can walk down it and i'll turn the car round at the top..... Well I turn it half way and get stuck!! Took me about 10 mins and a 50 point turn to get the car out!!

Someone at work did have a car slide into him though, buggered his knees up.

And some poor lady fell over on the ice and broke her hip

Supposed to get more snow later today and tonight.

I fell on my arse last week. Glad no one saw me. One crack is enough, I don't need two.

Glad you were able to get the car out. I bought a 50lb. bag of cheap cat litter. I keep it in my trunk. I've used it before to throw under the tires for traction. It works great!

That's a shame and hope his knees heal quickly.

This is my worst fear. I fell on ice once and broke my right ankle and left wrist. That was bad enough. I can't imagine the pain of breaking a hip. This poor woman!

Supposed to get more snow later today and tonight.

Better you than me!

Never thought of the cat litter!!! Good thinking!

It also gives you more rear traction as the 50 lb bag sure does weigh down the back of the car.

Today at the gym was rough, I am trying a new workout that should last me for about four-months, and Jesus, it was probably the harshest on my body out of all the other workouts.

I really need to get back to the gym, put on a stone since Yule
