£153 per week for 37 hours. Not super-great, but eh. Better than what I currently get. I'm also looking into apprenticeships in animal care.

No the pay isn't great but at least it's a better place than where you are now. I would love to go into animal care!

Also I'm unemployed so yeah, it's MUCH better lol. Found 2 more I'm going to apply to though. IT technician with a local council office, and a Life Science lab technician with a local college. I have the grades for both and it costs nothing to apply, so yeah. Plus, it counts towards my JSA agreement, which is basically what I have to do in order for the government to give me money each week.

Yes, the store I worked for went into administration, so everyone got sacked. Me and one other person didn't get re-hired by the company who bought out the old one. For me, apparently I lacked enthusiasm. Pfft. Who the fuck is enthusiastic about working in a shitty, backwater shop? That's not what I want to do with my life.

Just got a 12 pack of Carling. Cheapish stuff, Had a bottle of whiskey and mead so didn't want to much else.

Only had 4 cans. I'm a light weight these days since I cut the alcohol intake lol.



Had a few swigs of Mead and Whiskey then got a headache before I'd even touched the beer :/ Painkillers didn't help so switched to beer lol. Now I'm off to bed. 12 am here now. And i'm all music'd out... Need sleep now. Night folks

Rained during the night and then the temp dropped below freezing. My driveway was a sheet of ice. Listening to my scanner, there were several car accidents due to icy road conditions. Stupid people will just not slow down no matter what the roads are like.

I watched two movies today, one called The Raven, might know of it, a remotely known take on the mysteriousness revolving around Edgar Allan Poe's death, and Safety Not Guaranteed, a science-fiction film mingling with the idea of time-travel. To my surprise, there was an absolute swap in my reception for the two movies. I thought that The Raven was borderline atrocious, whereas Safety Not Guaranteed was a very fun and entertaining movie. I wanted to watch Zombie-Land, Alien, and Memento tonight, but I didn't have enough time, as it's already two in the morning. I'm going to hit the hay, I think.
