Good afternoon from me, and I have a quick question.

What is the point of this thread, when there is a shoutbox? :|

A lot of members don't like to use the shoutbox. Heck, some of them don't even know we have one.

Good good, you?
I'm good and thanks for asking!

I had a root-canal done on my tooth yesterday. My face was numb for awhile.

Curiously, my tooth doesn't hurt, but I have three blisters-things on my lip now and one on my tongue. Apparently, the dentist either nicked me, or I bit down on them while they were numb.

Probably the latter.

I had one recently too and I didn't feel any pain afterwords either. Lots of dental procedures don't hurt as much as people think they will. Although there have been a few instances where they didn't numb me up enough and THAT was painful, until they gave me another shot or two of numbing stuff.

I certainly would have the dentist look at it, I've had a root canal and i have an implant and a few crowns.

It never really hurts that bad at the dentist, but it is still a terrible, terrible place.

I hate the taste the most.

When I was there, this was the first I had ever been there, and the first time at the dentist since I was a little kid. However, when the dentist got started I thought, "I recognize this man inside of me."

As it turns out, he was the dentist that I had when I was a little kid. He transferred.

I finished about six-hundred words for the next short-story that I am working on.

It'll be kind-of a children's story. Even the writing is simpler than most of what I have done.

Which is funny because after I finish this story, I am going to finish writing Forever with Love. It's going to be a little bit of an homage to horror characters like those in Hellraiser and A Nightmare on Elm Street.

Afterward, I am going to be doing a novel with some very, very dark subject-matter.

There's a guy on another forum, basically, he said that when people feel lonely, it's usually because they don't put the proper effort into social interaction. I told him that some people are different than that, there are people that suffer from social-anxiety or something like bipolar disorder that might make things tougher for them, so it's not always about effort. I told him about how my mother is bipolar and it makes her really angry or really depressed at times.

He said exactly this, "Start finding the good in stuff, you can use all the social anxiety, bipolar excuses you want none of it cuts and ounce of believability with me."

... Why do I have this weird feeling that everyone on the forum is going to put on their stupid-people hats and somehow agree with him.

Good morning, Nebulous and everyone else!

Had to run some errands this morning. Glad I went early as the store wasn't crowded.

How are you today?

Knowing and dealing with someone that is bipolar can be tough. I know someone who used to end up in the hospital after Thanksgiving and be home by Christmas. It was seasonal. She stopped taking her mediclines which always ended up with her in the hospital, She gets tested to make sure her levels are right. How many times myself and others ended up in tears because we couldn't do anything to help. It been a few years since she had to be put in the hospital. I keep my fingers crossed all the time.

Got a dentist appointment today and the babe wants to go out to eat tonight. Hopefully the dentist will leave me pain/discomfort free so I can eat.

I hope so too. Any idea where the babe wants to eat?
