Hey there! :hello: Welcome back to Off Topix, make sure you stick around this time ;)

I went to the movie theater on Monday. We bought tickets to go and see Edge of Tomorrow, but the lady at the front-desk told us that there was something wrong with the projector. Distraught, we nodded our heads while she told us to come back in half an hour to see whether or not they got it working. She gave us "free passes" to hold us over.

After thirty minutes, we came back and she told us that it was a mistake on her part. It was ANOTHER room that was having problems with the projector. As I took out my wallet, ready to pay, she said that it was her mistake and that we would get in free.

We got to see Edge of Tomorrow in 3D for free.

Afterward, we got out and got to see 22 Jump Street for free that same day.

Hell yeah!

Awesomeness! Why can't stuff like that happen for me?

You got to see 22 Jump Street for free? Damn now that is some luck I wish I had! What did you think of the movie?

Not a clue, but I am very happy with how that worked out. :D

I won't be seeing another movie until Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and The Purge: Anarchy.

...

What will I do with my time now! :|

Find a show to watch!
I might start reading a book or writing, but I don't really want to watch a show right now.

I wanna watch some movies. There's nothing that really sparks the imagination like film.

Yeah, and Edge of Tomorrow.

I liked it a lot, Jump Street, that is. A big improvement over the first movie, and a really entertaining movie in-general.

Edge of Tomorrow was absolutely amazing, however, and is my second favorite movie this year, behind Days of Future Past.

^ I like that.

How's everybody else?

I can't really say that I have much to show for the day myself.

Although, it isn't over. I hope today will be one of those days that I sit at the dinner-table and write a couple chapters, but we'll see... for now, I think it's time for some classic sci-fi movies.
