Well today ****ing sucks!

Smashed my phone

Had the manager have a go at me for not staying to make up hours even though I am on phased return!

Need to tell the DVLA about my ET and the drugs I am on (but not taking) turns out I should have informed them 6 months ago but I didn't realise I had too.
Now I could face having my driving licence taken off me and £1000 fine. and if that happens then I have to give up my bedsit!

**** my life! I need a drink!

How did you find this out and why aren't you taking the drugs for your ET's?

Because it says on the licence renewal form.
The Primidone tablets make me so sick I stopped taking them.

When do you have to renew your license?

Does the doctor know you stopped taking the Primidone?

29 July is the expiry date.

I am seeing my doc on the 11th. Had to change docs because my dad shoved a doc in my face and got me to sign it telling me that if I didn't people would be able to easily access my medical files. (which after I looked into it actually is a good thing I think (cheers dad) it means that if I was to have an accident, docs/paramedics could see there and then that I was borderline von williebrands for example - I've now opted back in ) Anyway that then made my old doctors aware I had moved to 2 miles out of theyre coverage zone. So my new doc doesn't know anything!

Can't you request to pick up your records from your first doctor and have them sent/delivered to the new doctor prior to your visit on the 11th?

My new doctors have been sent the records by the hospital, I just can't book in to see a doctor till the 11th.

Got you.

Has ET ever affected your ability to drive?

Nope, but Primidone is an anti epileptic drug. So think that is the reason you have to inform the DVLA.

Then you should be okay because you're not an epileptic and have stopped meds, right?

Yea. Hopefully I can change to Baclofen, My friend takes that and swears by it doesn't get any side effects either.
