My supervisor. Yeah we used to start in September and get out in June but now its all pushed back one month. I think so the first half of the school year ends before Christmas break. That way upper grades can take their finals while information is fresh and go enjoy their break after. Instead of taking a couple weeks off and having to come back to take important tests.
