Wow, what a wake up call.. I just had an asthma attack. Felt like I was dying. My anger problems are really getting to me. I need to change my life, and become a better person before things get worse.

Just got back from ihop and the dollar store. We had a nice breakfast for lunch. I got an omelette, pancakes and sausage.

how do you do it bro. all these questions. i could take ages trying to find good threads to attract activity. thats why i cant be an admin no more.

I scour the web looking for ideas, some are related to whatever I happen to be watching on TV and some are just random thoughts from my brain. Also some news articles are good to post here and there.

Today we went out to eat and to the store, played video games and watched tv and found some time to work on this place in between things.

me and the family is gonna go have picnic and visit the zoo. my daughter loves the giraffes and hyenas. i like the sheep pen, because it smells umm barn yardy
