Almost time to head to the docs for my flu jab and couple of other things i need to sort.

Then the gym, first time I've been in over a month thanks to not being well all of October :/ Can go in the pool today, my tattoo has healed enough.

well the gym or pool didnt go quite to plan.

Mostly did weights but only in the gym 30 mins before my back really started to niggle. Was going to go in the pool but just ended up in the outdoor hot tub haha.
