Maybe you were picking your nose and he thought you were on the phone? 
 
He said he was "pretty sure" he saw something black in my hand.

I sooo wished my phone was white so I could have shown him my white phone. :lol:
Alas, it is black so I left it in my pocket. Lol
 
I give up....

Anyway, it's supposed to be raining today. Hasn't yet.
