Yep, though let me preface that by saying it's not exactly cable or satellite grade channels, it's more a mishmash of things, but it has plenty to watch. DVR availability, too, and if you buy a little converter, you can get local channels on it.

I pay for the cable and Internet here with my parents. They're the type who need cable, so have had cable most of my adult life. I'd say it wasn't till later in childhood I had cable iirc.

That's understandable, for sure, once you're used to a way of doing things, learning something radically different can be daunting, so it makes change hard for people as they get older. Nothing wrong with that at all!
