I wrote them two weeks ago, and lucky me, I got to do them in my English Quad. Made me sad

I wanted to miss classes..

I only got out of 2 of my 3 morning classes. Band and English are the first two, and we missed 10 minutes of History (3rd period), but we didn't do anything in that class. My school is on a block schedule - 3 classes, lunch, 2 classes. First and Fifth, which are pretty much electives for everyone (Band, Athletics, PE, Art, etc.) are an hour and all the rest are an hour and a half, with a 25 minute study hall (called academic period, but it's pretty much a study hall) between 1st and 2nd period and a 30 minute lunch.

I dunno why I just explained all of that.

It was pretty good, actually.

I learned some new Spanish stuff. We watched a funny video in History. Oh, and I made a 92 in English!!

My best English grade since I've been in high school - I normally make a 90 or 91.

Keep up the good work Madyy.

Finding regular English harder, now learning another language?

I plan on taking Spanish, because I hope to graduate with an advanced diploma.

No - English is always hard.

I am making a 99 in Spanish, though.

The other day, my Spanish teacher said that Spanish 2 and 3 would only be hard if you slept through Spanish one, and I said, Shoot, I slept through Spanish one. Everyone gave me a weird look and told me to shut up.

I'm on the advanced graduation program in my school. Everyone has to have 2 years of Spanish, but people on the advanced program have to have 3, so I have Spanish next semester, too.

My teacher told us about some of the things we're going to do in Spanish 3 when we change to it in January. We're going to go to a Mexican restaurant and order in Spanish and we're going to get email pen pals from a different country.

I'm excited!

Sounds adventurous nonetheless. In Bama, we need a year or two of another foreign language, and I believe at least one advanced course. Everyone begins on the advanced diploma program and then it varies once you begin to struggle or back out of a class, then you just continue the regular courses for a normal high school diploma. English is too hard, it has been 10 years and I've still been learning proper English and writing grammar. Spanish is probably more so lenient since it is your second language. I hope I'll do good and not totally be shocked when I enter Spanish 101 next year. Till then, I'll continue being a freshman.

You could always ask me if you need any help.

At my school, we have 3 graduation programs and we pick which one we want to be in when we're a freshman, and if we decide to go to a different one, we change when we pick our classes for the next year.

There's...

the minimum program.
