I didn't want to drive because the neighborhood gets crowded with cars and there are little kids not watching where they're going a lot of the time. So I prefer to just walk the distance as to not deal with the headache. I guess next year depending on whether it's cold or not, I'll probably drive over to grandma's.

Totally agree on that statement.

Hm. Did not realize today was National Vegan Day. We actually had our favourite vegan lunch yesterday. We are not vegans but still eat the odd meal that would qualify.

Snowing here. Woke up to a couple cm on the ground and it's been coming down on and off since.

Before I got back into Ohio I did 4.5 hours of walking in Michigan to a hotel room...at like 2am in the morning.

Now that is a lot of walking, ...... probably your legs did hurt the next day if not use to.

I was hurting for 3 to 4 days after...my legs locked up completely on me.

I was going to say for few days but i didn't... I remember you did mention the reason you walked that much in another topic

I had a trash bag full of my stuff over my shoulder at the time, too.

I think the walking was not the bigger problem but how you must felt

I am really trying not to talk bad, i can not stand people like this ..
