Hey Nebby, how's things?

Good good.

Recently found a pretty large field not too far from my house, didn't notice it before because it was behind some buildings and I never thought to walk behind them before. Anyway, the dogs love going there. I let them off the leash and they run through the tall grass and hop around like bunny rabbits having the time of their life. I've been there a couple times. I took them there today and there was this weird guy wandering around back there staring at me the whole time while I was walking the dogs. I thought to myself, this guy could rob / assault / murder me and there would be no witnesses, nothing happened, he was just being a creeper & thats about it. but, because I had that thought, I decided that I should do that walk with another person and not go solo.

Yeah, very good idea not to go alone, but also still going there. If it makes the puppers happy, that's the main thing, but personal safety is very, very important!!

Yeah I was going to order some pepper spray / gel stuff on amazon but they wont ship to my location. Probably dumb California laws or something. I'll have to go to a gun store for something like that I'd imagine. I heard the gel is better because there is less of a chance of you mace-ing yourself in the process. I want it more for protection from stray dogs. If a loose dog (like a pitt bull) runs up and attacks me or my 6 month old puppies while were walking, that would be all bad.

Yeah, you can probably find it at a sports place place like Cabella's or Sportsman's Warehouse, as well. Would be well worth it to have with you, for sure. My sister works for Axon, the company that makes tazer, she's invested in both a full-fledged tazer "gun" and a flashlight that doubles as a stun gun, she carries them with her when she walks, anytime. Can't be too careful.

Stun guns are useful but the only downside is you have to be right next to the person or animal to use it. I think those sprays can be used from like 18 feet away.

Im just killing time before another full day of RASSLIN

Good morning/almost afternoon from the East Coast of the US, all :3

According to reports, the number of earthquakes near me within the last 24 hours was like 2-3. And the first two were both within the same area. Not sure if the later ones counted as 'aftershock' or not 'cause I don't get that stuff. But either way... Neat. Fault lines are fun.

Aftershocks are the smaller ones that happen after the initial quake. Now if the one after the original quake was stronger, the original would be called the foreshock.

I see! I know the first was 4.8, and the second was 4.0... So I guess it was aftershock~

@Nebulous , so you haven't been talking about your feet?
I haven't, should I be?
:hello!:

Earthquakes are part of daily life where I live. They don't really make the news anymore :P

Yeah, earthquakes are pretty rare on the east coast I think... My friends in Kentucky were pretty shocked to hear I got one at all. They pointed out the last one they could think of in the generalized area was like 2008. xD
