Hm...okay...was staff at this forum for 5 months (November-April)...resigned due to time restraints...totally left...came back mid-June...got the staff position back on June 30th...only been back a week and just gave out my first warn...ever. XD

Congrats on your staff position. The first warning is the hardest and then it gets easier
