Hello Kas! I don't envy you as I hate to write speeches. I know what I want to say but when I try to put it on paper it doesn't come out right. What I have done in the past (which works for me) is I have recorded the speech. I then can listen to it and make adjustments or delete what I don't need.

I have the same problem of it making sense in my head, but when it's on paper I think WTF is this?!. Recording it is a good idea too. I have a PowerPoint to go along with it, so that should take some of the attention off me and onto that... making me not so nervous.
