One of the managers a long while back told him he was. But he was joking. But the co-worker took it seriously. Which.. has led to a few arguments between him and me. Although the one we had the other day didn't last long as I walked off. And was like the first one we'd had in months.

I know they are just carts. But if you are pushing them downward. It will take some older person a bit longer to reach them. And so I try to keep them more closer to the doors so customers like them don't have to walk more then they should to get a cart. He doesn't care about that. He only cares to have them a certain way due to his belief in being in charge of carts.
