Just got the sneezes, coughing and blocked nose to get rid of now.

Sorry to hear this and hope you feel better real soon! Concerns me that you have a tightness in your chest. I hope you don't have Bronchitis or walking pneumonia! If it keeps up, I hope you go see the doctor.
