Plus I already told her that it will go to help needy kids and she thought that was cool... But when we're actually sorting through the toys, I think that will be a different story.

Hello everyone!

First snow of the Winter with 3 inches of accumulation. Not bad since they were saying last night we could have gotten 6 inches or more. It's the wind gusts at 30 MPH that have me worried right now. Lost power yesterday and don't want to lose it again today.

How are you doing?

Hello everyone! :coffee:

So very cold (8F) outside right now. The sun is out and I'm hoping it warms things up. Just heard on the local news that 4 - 6 inches of snow expected for Thanksgiving.

How are you today?

1 hour sleep last night thanks to pooch not wanting to go in her night pen. Ended up laying her on me to get her to fall asleep then putting her carefully in the pen. Then I dosed off and she wakes up whining!! That happened every 30 mins    Now I know what it's like to have a baby! No thanks!!!!!

Surviving on energy drink today at work. Looking forward to going out for a meal later with my best buds, hopefully one of them won't cancel like she usually does!

She's so young and it's understandable she misses her mom and other siblings. Do you have a stuffed toy in her sleeping pen? If not, you should put one so she thinks she's not alone in the pen. You can also try to cover the sleeping pen so that it's dark and 'womb like' for her.

Yea, I put her Sheepy toy in, she loves that but took no notice of it ha.

I'm going to try and put her bed on my bed tonight and see if she prefers that. I can then keep my arm round it so she is contained. Last night she kept wandering up and down the bed, was so worried she'd fall off!
Mum's suggestion was leaving her in the kitchen in her pen, I don't really want to do that as she needs to be around people or she will howl all night.

Where is Bailey staying? Is she with you in your bed-sitter or at your Mums house?
