Freezing cold [-25 F]

Think I need some time off work. Had 2 panic attacks today, one when I was driving home :/ Got into the shower, knocked the comb off the soap dish and broke it, then burst into tears. Can't take much more stress.

Feel aweful right now but mum wants to go out for an indian meal :/

Is it work that's causing you all this stress? I think going out with Mum is a good idea. Will take your mind off it at least while you're out.

We ended up talking about work all night.
Going to ask to go down to 4 days. Know what the answer will be though
