That's terrible service, you paid extra for a fast service and they didn't give it.....I wouldnt kick off at em, but I would politely ask them to refund the extra you paid on delivery!

Yeah I've never had a problem with that site before. Maybe it's cause of the xmas n new year hols, but thats no excuse for giving you bad service, they should have told you if next day delivery was an issue!

I'm not sure if you guys have the 2nd of January as a statutory holiday or not, but in NZ it is. So that would have put Saturday out of the question, on Sundays a lot of companies don't do deliveries.

I know you guys have a holiday on the 2nd. No one delivers on a Sunday. So the 2nd was the day after it was dispatched, so it should have came. But my Dad will phone up if it doesn't come today.
