Okay. Does it feel like you worked a really short day?

No.. 8 hours is still 8 hours. Nothing short about it.

Its better than 16 hours though. Which I have to do on thursday and friday.

But it might all pay off in the end. I want to get a supervisor position. My part time job is on-call, filling in for supervisors when they call in sick or take vacations. Maybe if I do I good job, they will promote me. Then I will be the big boss instead of being subservient.

The reason why I got the job is because I interviewed for a supervisor position at that district. I didnt get the job so they gave me the sub/on-call job as a consolation prize I guess.
