My new landlord manages the property himself. No stupid property manager strutting around acting like she is top dog when she is just a paid flapping mouth.

This guy is really laid back and seems like a nice guy too.

I've never really noticed a smell. Had I noticed one a long time ago. It woulda saved me some time carrying around a cover with poo on it thanks to a cat.
