Hopefully it will be. I usually let it sit in the fridge for 2 days before we can have a slice. The last couple ones I made turned out awesome.

Oh absolutely! Flavour profiles given the chance to mature is so much better!…that and I think things need to settle and flavors need a chance to develop. Better texture too.
Of course it is still good from just letting it refrigerate overnight.
