They sure were! Absolutely rugged phones!Nokias were tough to break.
I have mine tucked away somewhere, either in storage or in a drawer or something. I'm positive if I found it and a charger it would still work. Those things are built to last!So true, Z.
My sister wasn't careful with her 1100 (like, at all) and the only reason it doesn't work anymore is because the battery crapped out.
Yo, nice. They sure were! Absolutely rugged phones!

Quite possible. It could also have corroded inside, it's possible a new battery would fix it, but often it's not worth investing in one just to fiddle around with old tech, lol.Yo, nice.
I actually found my grandpa's old Nokia tucked away on a radio box (no wonder we never knew where he put it) and it doesn't power on nor charge. Maybe the battery is too drained since reaching zero. Who knows.
I'm sitting on the verge there.Quite possible. It could also have corroded inside, it's possible a new battery would fix it, but often it's not worth investing in one just to fiddle around with old tech, lol.
