I'm using my other halfs laptop till I get a internet security on mine and we're borrowing his sisters dongle for the time being till we get one.

They can be, depending on what plan you go with, and how fequantly you use it.
I'm on my phone usually though. I'm only on here because the browser on my phone is playing up. I'll more than likely be back on my phone soon, its cheaper.. For me anyway. I get free texts and internet when I top - up £10 every month.
