That abandoned carriage sure is creepy! Aren't you afraid you'll run into some homeless people when you find things like this? I give you a lot of credit for even going near this carriage. Would make a great prop for a horror movie!

Nah, you'd be surprised how much of a good weapon a tripod is.
What a beautiful duck! I wonder if that is a female mallard. I thought the male mallard had a green head and almost red feet. When I made the picture larger, I did see a little green by the eye. Hmmm....maybe this is a baby male mallard?
In any case, that's really a great picture!

I should be the one thanking you for posting all these awesome pictures for us! This Calm Waters one is another awesome picture. You really can't enjoy the full extent unless you make the picture bigger. It made me feel like getting in that boat and just floating around. Looks so peaceful and quiet there.
