After the latest update to Google Chrome, many users are finding they can no longer add attachments to emails in various job-related email programs, or if an email comes in with one, they can't get to it.

This is a feature of Google's latest advance in computing and internet services and is no accident.

They also did something similar with an update in 2011.

The best advice from those that have been using Chrome: "go back to firefox".

I haven't had any issues attaching files to my hotmail account through Chrome, and my browser is up to date. I guess I lucked out!

I like opera too, used that on my old phone because chrome wasn't compatible.

There's always Opera as a browser to use.

Chrome isn't compatible on smartphones with < Android 4.0. That's why it refused to install on my POC which had stock Gingerbread. Now it's running on a port of 4.4.4 KitKat so it might make me happy for these last three months before upgrading for real.
