DOVER, Del.- The Constitution guarantees Americans the right to free speech. However, Dover officials are considering restricting what city employees can say on Facebook and other social media sites, not just during the day but during off-work hours as well.

Sorry but this just makes me laugh. How do they plan on enforcing this idiotic restriction? What are they going to do, ask every city employee what social network sites they belong to? Have they figured into the mix of things that not all city employees use their real names when posting on such sites? This restriction will work when pigs can fly.
