Clothing: What Is It to You?

That's cool. I used to just dress for comfort when I was younger, like in middle school/highsc school. When I made the transition into college/the workforce, and especially when I had to student teach, I was forced to grow my wardrobe up. It was fun in some ways because now I know how to dress for certain occasions, and I feel I've taken a lot of styling advice I've learned over the years to have even a casual yet put together appearance that doesn't make me look like I don't know what I'm doing. xD
I wear clothes that are comfortable and presentable. I never was one for name brands or currents fads. Heck, a lot of my clothes have been bought at the 'gently used' shop. Got a very cool looking, already broken in leather jacket for $10! 
A lot of my clothes are also functional besides being comfortable and presentable.
I like short sleeve shirts with a pocket on each side. I wear pants that can be worn to do the things I do without being ruined or having to be dry cleaned... ... ....
Come to think of it, there's your next "clothing" topic.
Do you have a lot of items that say "dry clean only" - AND - Do you take them to the cleaners or just wash them at home (while clutching a rabbit's foot, a four leaf clover, and a rosary while you have your fingers crossed)?

I never cared about my clothes or how they look or what their price is. I just go into a store, blindly pick up anything and check out. Life is too short to pick up clothes carefully

Hahah, that's definitely one way to do it! That's good though that you don't care and just do what you wanna do. I don't dress to impress people, but rather I dress the way I know I love and that I find tasteful in my eyes. It's all for me, not what anyone else thinks!
