I'm very cold at the moment. What do you do when you're cold?

It was very cold in here a while ago.. the heater wasnt doing a good job so I turned the oven on with it's door open for a few minutes. The house was warm in a couple minutes.

lol If I turned our oven on it would only heat the Kitchen, because our house is very open, so it wouldn't travel very far, at least not far enough to heat my room. We used to have heaters but I don't know where they're at. Probably going to take a hot shower and put on a few layers of clothes.

Grandparents have an old fashioned buckstove, and it gets the job done! Last time I went to their house in the winter they had their buckstove going and I was burning up. It was almost 30 degrees outside, but it felt good when I went outside because that buckstove heated that house to the max!

Yes it's cold [shivers] But I have the heating on at the moment and my laptop is on, so I'm nice and warm now. And I might get something nice and warm to eat

I have two woodstoves that are heating up the house right now. I have regular heat too but with the oil prices, I don't like using the furnace unless I have to. I also put my clothes in the dryer this morning so they would be nice and warm when I got out of the shower.

Sitting in one place and not moving helps. Still freezing in here, but at least sitting at the computer and not moving seems to be helping.
