Do you find it sometimes hard to come up with new ideas to bring to your forum? I know currently at the moment, Jay and I are working on a new idea that he hopes will greatly benefit our forum. And in return benefit others too. And when you do implement those new ideas. Do you ever feel dissappointed when they aren't catching on like you hoped they would? Sometimes I have trouble and some times they come to me with ease.
Its kind of discouraging when I come up with a new idea, then I see it implemented on another forum a couple days later.
Suddenly originality is no longer original.
However if your community enjoys the new ideas then that's the most important thing.
