Corrective rape

Corrective rape is a criminal practice, whereby men rape lesbian women, purportedly as a means of curing the woman of her sexual orientation.

What are your thoughts on this?

well rape is rape.. if a women does not want to have sex then she should not be forced to.. but if she volunteers for it .. then its not exactly rape lol.. unless im missing the whole point here

I watched a special about this on ESPN a few days ago. Its really big in South Africa. They believe that being gay is wrong and it is un-african. Being a lesbian is damaging to the culture they are trying to preserve or some BS like that.

They interviewed several locals and most of them say I dont care what happens to the lesbians.



Its pretty sad if you ask me. Plus raping someone is going to scare them away from men even more. Its not going to fix anything.

I imagine that the man is forced to do so, I understand what you're saying though, I just thought that the man wouldn't have a choice in the matter. Not totally sure.
